Founder
Martina Dulajová is the founder of Emerald Grid and a strategic connector specialising in international cooperation, defence, security and strategic industries.
Her work focuses on building cross-border partnerships, connecting companies with institutions and industry stakeholders, supporting international delegations and exhibitions, and creating professional platforms for business and expert engagement.
She holds a doctoral degree (PhDr.) in Political Science and Public Policy and was selected to participate in the European Security and Defence College programme in Madrid, focused on the EU Common Security and Defence Policy, strategic resilience, cybersecurity and European security cooperation.
Her work is guided by one principle: trusted relationships should lead to concrete partnerships, stronger visibility and long-term opportunities.

General Manager
Martin Štefanek brings extensive experience in event production, technical solutions, professional education and creative project delivery. As the founder of Hurricane, he has developed a strong track record in creating technically demanding events and professional presentation environments.

A four-day programme in Slovakia organised for an international delegation from Kuwait, centred on a live presentation of WPA Secure’s MIND portable LiDAR detection unit and its applications in defence, critical infrastructure and temporary perimeter protection.
The delegation included Rear Admiral (Ret.) Abdullah A. Dashti from Kuwait, Lieutenant General (Ret.) František Maleninský from the Czech Republic, and Jafar Ramadan Mullaali, Deputy Group Manager – Security Services at ALSAYER Group Holding Company, Kuwait.
