The aim of the Future Job Skills conference is to support the development of key competencies, especially digital skills, contribute to innovation, and connect business, HR, schools, and innovators so that people and organizations can prepare for the changing demands of the labor market.
Program
In the morning, you can look forward to expert lectures and panel discussions that will open up key topics of the future of work. The main highlight of the morning program is the keynote speech by JJ Delgado, an expert on digital transformation and former Amazon manager.
In the afternoon, the program continues with a series of inspiring lectures, panel discussions, and workshops, where experts from business, HR, education, and innovation will seek solutions on how to develop skills needed for the changing job market. Participants will thus gain practical knowledge, real-world examples, and networking opportunities.
